Account data: your email address and optional display name (via Supabase Auth; if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the email associated with that account). Product data you create: settings (bankroll, preferences), watchlist, and bets you log — stored so your account works across devices. Usage analytics: only with your consent, pseudonymous events (screens viewed, features used) tied to a random device id — never your name, and never tracking across other apps or sites. Payments: handled entirely by Stripe (or Apple on iOS). We store your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers — never card numbers.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't track you across the web. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (the AI that generates market analysis — your questions to “Ask the Sharp” are processed to produce answers). Market data is fetched from Polymarket and Kalshi; nothing about you is sent to them.
Analytics run only after you accept the consent prompt, and you can decline with one tap. You can access the data on your account anytime in the app, and you can delete your account and all associated data yourself from Settings — deletion cancels billing immediately and removes your profile, settings, watchlist, bets, and auth record. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it. Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be retained for product statistics. Payment records are retained by Stripe per financial-record requirements.
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth, database access is restricted per-user with row-level security, and API keys live server-side only. No system is perfectly secure; we'll notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
Vellaro is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
